OGPI - Package Uninstaller

When a package is to be uninstalled by the OGPI, the process is simply the reverse of the OGPI installation sequence.

Uninstallation Stack Method - Note if dependancy tree has been mapped, everything may be downloaded first

• Read Package Spec File
• Run PreUninstall Script VI in temp dir (delete afterward)
• Delete package File Groups at destination (installed) locations
• Run PostUnInstall Script VI in temp dir (delete afterward)
