The OGPI should, if possible, have a handler for the .ogp (OpenG Package) file extension, registered with the operating system. There should be options for installing, uninstalling, viewing info, etc. The handler should deligate installation and uninstallation of a package to the OGPM, if installed. Otherwise the handler will will delegate installation to the OGPI, which will pay no attention to package dependencies and/or conflicts.
